Any customer who should be unsatisfied with the ordered product who contacts customer service within the first 30 days will get a full refund of the first month's membership charge. All refunds will be credited to the credit card with which the original purchase was made.
If no other package has been chosen, a contract period of 6 months with a € 99,00 fee (or 1 month with a € 39,90 fee respectively, according to the preferred payment method) will commence automatically after the trial period has expired. During the 14-day free trial period you can revoke your registration in written form (email, fax, etc.).
